Our passengers frequently enjoy their tour so much that they choose to extend their flight. In most cases, we are able to accommodate your requests. Additional fees are charged when your flight lands.
You will be seeing some of the world’s most spectacular scenery, and we encourage you to bring a camera (video or stills). If you take any great footage or shots, we love to have you share them with us! We often display photos on our website and in our office.
We try to make scheduling as easy as possible. All we need is your name, contact information, approximate weight and the desired time you’d like to go.
Yes, Our pilots are extremely knowledgeable of the local area and will point out all the surroundings of the tour that you have chosen. All passengers will be wearing state of the art noise canceling headsets so you are also able to talk amongst yourselves in the helicopter. If you wish, the pilot can activate a mute feature on his headset to allow you some privacy with your guests.
If the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled flight, the flight will be rescheduled at your convenience. To see a current weather report, please click the “+” at the top right corner of this page.
We have a two-person minimum per flight. The helicopter does hold up to 4 passengers, although weight restrictions may apply. It may be necessary for us to add a third or fourth person to your flight, but private tours are available. See individual tour pages for Private rates.
To ensure that we can meet your scheduling desires, we request that you book your trip as far in advance as possible. However, same-day scheduling is generally available.
We fly as early as 9 am until sunset 7 days a week, year round. With our local flights we do need to schedule them next to another tour. Our new R66 Turbine needs to be running a minimum of 30 minutes once it’s started, so we book the flights consecutively. With our tours we do prefer them to be booked as well but can be booked at any preferred time.
