By submitting my reservation request on this website on-line or verbally with an authorized representative of Zion Helicopter Tours., I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to: ONLINE TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS & WEBSITE USAGE AGREEMENT, as stated below:

ONLINE TOUR BOOKING TERMS, CONDITIONS & PRIVACY POLICY:

ONLINE BOOKINGS: Your credit card will be charged the full tour retail amount and applicable 7.5% Heliport Facility Charges (HFC) fees, at the time you place your online booking order. Information and instructions will be supplied after securing your online booking. Your departure date and time will be emailed to you within 24 hours. For all bookings made within 24 hrs. of travel date, please call our Reservations Department – Call Center directly at 435-668-4185 (9.00am to 6.00pm Mountain Time).
 
VALID IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED: A valid photo identification will be required at the time of check-in. This can either be a valid Government-issued passport or Driver’s license. If you purchased your tour with a credit card, please bring the original form of payment as proof of purchase. It is a Felony Crime to board an FAA Approved Part 135 Air Carrier using a stolen or Fraudulent credit card.
 
CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS: 72 hours cancellation notice of the applicable tour day/day/date is required for Zion, Zion-Bryce and Lake Powell helicopter tours. Not showing up for your tour, or tours canceled within 72 hours of the applicable tour day/date/time will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the applicable retail price. Note: Seven (7) days required for Private Charter flights. NO SHOWS are subject to 100% of the applicable tour retail price. All cancellations made within the applicable required notification period are subject to a $50.00 processing fee (per person).
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer service feedback must be submitted within 30 days of the applicable tour day/date of travel in writing by email to: zionhelicopters@gmail.com
 
REFUNDS: In the event service(s) described in the applicable Zion Helicopter Tours itinerary cannot be provided due to cause beyond the control of Zion Helicopter Tours, we will exercise all efforts to provide comparable service(s). If your tour itinerary package is canceled and comparable service(s) cannot be provided, Zion Helicopter Tours, will refund all monies paid to Zion Helicopter Tours. Please allow up to five (5) business days for refund processing. Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of a tour.
 
PRICES: Prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Children 17 years and under must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian. Children (2) years of age must purchase a seat at the applicable retail price. Prices and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Tours require a minimum of five (5) passengers to operate.
 
RECONFIRMATION: Reservations must be reconfirmed 24 hrs in advance of the applicable tour day/date/time by calling
435-668-4185 (9.00am – 6.00pm Mountain Time Zone). Failure to reconfirm your applicable flight/tour may result in you being offloaded from your originally booked tour day/date/time.
 
COMFORT & SAFETY: In the interests of comfort and safety, Passengers exceeding 250 lbs./ 112 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at the applicable retail price, Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed. Passengers exceeding stated body weights may be off-loaded at the time of check-in. Requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to aircraft weight and balance safety compliance.
 
FLIGHT ROUTES/TIMES: For safety, flight routes and flight times may vary due to weather conditions, Zion Helicopter Tours reserves the right to upgrade passengers onto another tour. Flight times are approximate and include loading and unloading.
 
RETAIL PRICES, APPLICABLE FEES & FUEL: Retail prices, applicable fees, and fuel surcharges are subject to 6% Heliport Facility Charge (HFC) Fees and 4% Heliport Fuel Surcharge. Prices listed are in U.S. dollars.
