Exceeding the recommended weight limit can make these tasks more challenging (though not impossible) and increase the risk of capsizing or encountering difficulties during the experience.

• This tour has a maximum of 20 tubers. Must be 6 years of age or older.
• Our tubing experience is considered an adventure and is recommended for active teenagers and adults.
• We recommend travelers have no heart problems, pregnancies, or other serious medical conditions that can potentially put you at risk.
• This experience requires good weather. If it is canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date/time or a full refund.
• All children ages 6-18 MUST be accompanied by their parents.
• We suggest a bodyweight of 250 pounds, for each individual, due to the fact that a certain level of physical fitness is required for navigating the river safely.
• The river conditions and duration of the experience are subject to change depending on river flow and weather.

• 24 hours cancellation notice of the applicable tour day/date is required for Tubing experience.
• All cancellations made outside the applicable required notification period of 24 hours are subject to a $25 processing fee.
• Tubing Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the applicable tour day/date/time will result in 100% cancellation fee of the applicable retail price.
• NO SHOWS are subject to 100% of the applicable tour retail price.
